Lead designer on a team of 7 other UX teams that manage and design for a partner branded white label product. The redesign provides direct apply of a credit card for an organization's customer and employee, powered by U.S. Bank. The platform is currently in full transformation to a latest React and SaaS cloud solution.
My work responsibilities in this project have been:
map flows for mobile and desktop application
modify the secured card experience for applicants that have limited and lower credit profiles
detail scenarios for all instant line access pages in the application flow
be a valued partner collaborating, detailing and annotating the AEM mappings for content
partner and design think solutions with product and business stakeholders and owners
provide detailed wires, specs and annotations for off shore development
deliver all designs and docs for CAT approval, risk reviews, security, regulations and auditing
design accessible, responsive and inclusive
incorporate with latest design system, Shield by U.S. bank
