This was a complex project intended to consolidate platforms from a prior system and a cloud product acquired from a successful start-up. There was no direct user feedback to test designs or quantatitive/qualatitive data to reference. Design could only lean on stakeholder expertise, opinions and experience as SME's and as a single source of truth. This made it difficult to influence design concepts and what was the desirable experience for the end user. There were challenges to get firm decision for targeted features, MVP and workflows.
Designed a quick dashboard view of deals that are operated by the main admin controller of the M&A purchase. Provided design for the cloud library vault for documents.
Analysis and profiles of all teams and participants involved in the M&A deal. This includes perspectives from the owner of the merger and the organization that is being purchased.
